You can't make this shit up!   The State is trying to fine a family $6000 a day for having a picnic table and shed ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY!  Homeowners have already spent A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS fighting the loony, leftist, government.  This is OUR tax dollars at work!

It's not their property. California law regarding beaches is that you cannot own them or make them private - something that the assholes in Malibu cry about all the time.
