This guy was spot-on when he posted this information last year. He is deserving of our praise.
-Home prices will flip around but continue down. Drastic drop when the Dem president takes over in January (you will almost think it was timed).
- After the Dems take the whitehouse the supports trying to hold up the economy will finally buckle. It's not personal, its politics. Perfect planning to ensure a Republican ticket win in 2012. Look for 2009 to be a bad year financially. Gotta love top level political strategy.
-Prices on condos will drop and be close to 2002/3 levels on their way down to 2001 levels. Many small condo complexes will be bought as apartments or most likely timeshares.
-Home prices will fall and keep falling, then stagnate for at least 4 years. Bargain hunting time (in about 2 years). Loans will suck as 7% will be the new ‘good fixed rate.’ But your total debt will be a few hundred thousand less if you buy during the stagnate period.
-A whole bunch of fake baloney will happen on capitol hill regarding the lending industry but nothing will happen, other than your taxpayer money making sure the lenders did not lose a penny.
Oil- Whenever you see a commodity climb in value uncharacteristically, it is artificial. ... Stay away from investing in anything to do with oil.

Your house – lose it. Give up on it (assuming you are having problems paying for it.) You can buy the same house in 2 years for 2001 prices and get it for a few hundred thousand dollars less.
- 2001? Try 1993! The boomers are BROKE! Xers and Yers are tapped out and scaling back for life. They will not be buying jack shit except alpo and generic drugs. America has NO FUCKING WAY of generating wealth (green energy?
Hah! Not in this SUV driving and thickburger eating culture).
The dollar...
The price of the average home...
The economy...
Through the fucking floor.
Anyone who thinks we are going back to 2001 prices is... ![[zewg]Crazy2.gif[/zewg] Crazy2.gif](http://www.zewg.net/dump/photo/Crazy2.gif)

Dude, you are the biggest drama queen around here.
Just chill out, bro.
Learn how to send cease and desist orders to creditors you are going to bankrupt so they leave you alone.
- You think that will make us go away? You're in for a big surprise! We'll just bug your neighbors till they burn down your home.

True. Debt collectors are scum. They will hunt you down, harass you, your neighbors, your neighbors kids, your neighbor's neighbors, and your neighbor's neighbors dog.

I think it's the Laurel and Hardy movie about the Toy Soldiers.

Obviously you know nothing about bankruptcy. You simply list the creditor and the debt in your BK filing, and they simply have to suck on it. A notice of "leave me alone or I'll bankrupt" is a sign that you can't actually afford to BK.

This is true. If you are having credit problems like I have in the past the best thing to do is NOTHING. Do not answer any phone calls, do not answer any idle threats that come in the mail. Do nothing. I have been sued twice by the same debt collector and they lost twice. Why? Because I had time on my side and the intelligence to call their bluff. If you do find yourself in court, NEVER admit to anything. The judge asks you if you owe the debt? You say you can neither affirm or deny at this time. You ask for a bill of particulars and then you keep your mouf shut.
I beat two jew laywers doing this. I sent them answers to their BOP and denied everything they claimed. I asked for evidence that wasn't hearsay and they had none. They lost. Twice. Fuck them. Now SOL is up for the other debt I owed. Fuck those jew fucks.

you should be able to ask for proof of debt before you get anywhere near a courtroom.

No. Do not ask anything of them unless they serve you. Why would you give them time to gather evidence... assuming they have it to begin with? It's a chess game. 99% of the time they have nothing and you will win by keeping your damn mouf shut. When I went to court some poor white girl was talking to the same lawyer that was the plaintiff against me... she was out in the lobby making a deal. She was crying. The lawyer was asking her about payments. Fuck them!!!!!
The only problem is if it's an original creditor suing you. If it is, bend over and make nice with them. If it's a third party, keep your fucking mouf shut. Tell them you don't know what they're talking about. If they have proof, tell them they're lying. Fuck them.

Yup. I walked away from a shitwad of debt several years ago. Never answered the phone calls, never acknowledged the debt, sent cease and desist letters to whoever called.
Now the SOL is up, I have 3 years until it's off my report, and they send me letters begging me to settle for like 30 cents on a dollar... Yeah, I'll get right on that...

Republican win in 2012?
Even if they did win, what the fuck would they do?
- TAX CUTS!
- TAX CUTS!
- TAX CUTS!
- TAX CUTS!
- Yeah...that will fix it. The only good thing about a 2012 republican victory is it would mean we would go from a great depression to a great sucking black hole of a depression. Rotting mcmansions, old people left to die in the cold, and starving elderly boomers in the streets with hordes of young thugs running wild. Max Max for sure.
- THIS IS JUST LIKE ATLAS SHRUGGED!

It's called "validating the debt". 99.9% of the time, the endless parade of collectors don't have the original instruments of the debt (i.e. the documents you signed (or copies thereof) to incur the debt in the first place). Without that sort of proof, the collector isn't legally the entity that you owe to. Businesses are just scamming you when they say otherwise.
Now, if the debt owners LEGALLY transfer their interest to the new debt owner (the collector), that's another story. But 99.9% of those transactions never happen. It "costs too much money" to effect the transfer, which largely means accomplishing a contract with YOUR SIGNED DEBT INSTRUMENTS attached. Moving paper around has become "too expensive" for Corporate America. So fuck 'em. They wanted to "save money", so force them to eat their stupid Jewdecision.

Who changed the Laurel and Hardy picture to Goatse with an israeli flag in his asshole? It gives a whole new meaning to some of the comments early in the thread
